4. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Placing an order does not constitute a contract until your order is accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel an order for any reason (e.g., product unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud)

  • Limit the quantity of items ordered per household or per user

  • Cancel orders if we suspect abuse or misuse of offers

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. If an order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded as per our Cancellation/ Refund Policy.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India through our trusted logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but may vary due to unforeseen delays.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

 

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • The item received is incorrect

Please refer to our Cancellation/ Refund & Return Policy for the complete process and timelines. Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

 

 

7. Payments

All transactions on our website are processed securely via third-party payment gateways or COD. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

We do not store any sensitive payment details like credit/debit card numbers on our servers.

 

 

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Promotional codes are applicable only as per the terms mentioned at the time of issuance.

  • Only one discount code may be used per order, unless specified.
